What’s new on AICre8

Everything we’ve shipped, newest first — what changed and how to use it.

Business health check in every report, and a client PDF of the analysis

Monthly report PDFs now include a business health check: the client’s latest Business Analysis against the one before, area by area (overall, SEO, local, trust, website, technical), plus what still holds the score back. The client portal shows their score and lets them download the full check. On Business Analysis, “Client PDF” and “Share client PDF” give the version for the business itself, with your agency’s name and no sales notes; “Internal PDF” is the full one for your team. Every audit, analysis and strategy now shows its date.

We email you when Support replies

When the AICre8 team replies on one of your support tickets, you now get a short email with the start of the reply and a button that opens the ticket. Quick follow-ups within 15 minutes send just one email. Your new replies still show at the top of Support.

SEO score is now called SEO health, and Search Console only shows the client’s own site

The audit score is now labelled “SEO health” on the client overview, the AI team, the SEO page, reports and the portal: it counts the website checks Google cares about, while rankings come from Search Console. In Search Console, you can only pick a property for the client’s own domain that Google has verified, and Disconnect also clears the days already imported.

Filter your saved prospects

Tap any of the summary cards on Prospects (Contactable, With websites, Website opportunities, Review opportunities) to show just those businesses, then narrow further by opportunity, CRM stage, contact details, Google rating or map rank, or search by name. Download CSV exports exactly what you are looking at. The Credits panel also now shows your plan allowance and top-up credits separately.

Client reports as a branded PDF, with a link for your emails

Every progress report now downloads as a clean PDF with your logo: the month, up to four headline numbers, the work done, next month’s plan and anything you need from the client. Download it from Grow → Reports, or press “Copy client link” to paste into an email: it opens the client’s portal on that report, where they can download it too. The “report is ready” email opens the same report. Monthly drafts are now named after the month they cover (the 1 November draft is the October report).

Client overview: everything about a client on one screen

Open a client from Grow → Clients to see their AI team, a tile for each thing worth checking (services live, SEO score, business analysis, listings, reviews, AI search, monthly report, billing), a feed of everything that happened in the last 90 days (leads, calls, bookings, review requests, posts, invoices, reports, emails), your tasks for them (Today / Tomorrow / Next week, a reminder email and phone alert on the morning they’re due, and “Your tasks” due or overdue on Grow home), and their contacts and notes. Every tile and line opens the page it comes from.

AI Workforce: each client’s AI team on one page

Grow → AI Workforce shows the open client’s AI team with what each did in the last 30 days. Ava is one receptionist on the phone, the website voice and the website chat, with a switch for each. Switch employees on or off from their card, set them up in a side panel, and open Ava’s full setup (number, voice, call log, widget) without leaving the page. Choose each employee’s face and name, see the team on Grow home, and see who did the work on Leads, Reviews and Blogs (“Taken by Ava”).

Motion Transfer and Video Swap

Two new models in the Media Studio work from a clip you upload.

Motion Transfer keeps the clip's moves, timing and camera, and your character performs them. Upload the clip (3–30 seconds, one person in view) and a photo of your character.

Video Swap keeps the shot and replaces one thing in it — a person, an outfit or a product. Upload the clip (3–10 seconds, at least 720p), say what to swap in the prompt, and add an image of what it becomes.

The video is as long as your clip, so the clip sets the price, shown before you generate. Use footage you own or have permission to use.

MiniMax H3 Max makes 1080p video with synced sound from a prompt or a start image, up to 15 seconds.

Nano Banana 2.1 now powers Nano Banana images: sharper text in pictures and steadier characters, at the same one credit per image.

Prospects open even from a client workspace

When you have a client selected in Grow, pages that are not about a single client — like Prospects — show a "Coming soon for <client>" placeholder. So when you asked the concierge to open your CRM from inside a client workspace, it did open Prospects, but you couldn't see it.

Now, when the concierge opens Prospects, the CRM or any other agency-wide Grow page, it leaves the client workspace first, so the page actually shows. Pages that are about one client (AI Employees, Knowledge Base, Leads and so on) keep your client selected.

Try it: with a client selected, ask the concierge "Open my prospects CRM."

Connect a phone number in one place

Connecting a business's phone number to its AI receptionist used to take a script. Now it's one box.

  1. Go to Grow → AI Employees and pick the business at the top.
  2. Click the Phone Agent — connect a number tab (next to AI Receptionist).
  3. Enter the business's active Zadarma number and click Connect.
  4. Copy the address it shows — it looks like [email protected].
  5. In Zadarma: Settings → Virtual Phone Numbers → the number → External server, turn it on and paste the address.
  6. Call the number from another phone — the AI should answer.

Once connected, the tab shows the number so you can see which businesses are live. Calls use your agency's Grow credits.

Switch between agencies

If you're on more than one agency's team — say your own agency and a partner's — Grow used to always open the oldest one, with no way across.

Now there's a switch button next to the agency name at the top of the Grow sidebar. Pick an agency and Grow opens it, and remembers your choice next time. If your own agency has no Grow plan, the "Choose a Grow plan" screen also lists the teams you're on, with an Open button for each.

Work you do inside an agency uses that agency's plan and credits; switch back to your own and it's yours again.

Team seats by plan

Everyone on your Grow team works on your agency's plan, so each plan includes a number of seats:

  • Grow: 2 seats
  • Agency: 5 seats
  • Agency Pro: 15 seats

The owner, every member and every pending invite each take a seat. Your Team card (Grow → Agency Profile → Team) shows "N of M seats used", and once they're full the invite button explains how to free one: remove someone, cancel an invite, or upgrade. Re-sending an invite to someone already pending doesn't use another seat.

Builds finish more reliably

Big builds sometimes ran out of steps part-way, leaving files half-written and a site that wouldn't load.

Now, when a build has already started writing files and hits its step limit, it gets one extra, limited pass to finish the files it started — reading and writing project files and checking the preview, with no new media generation. Builds that only needed media now finish too, instead of stopping at "media ready".

Nothing to switch on: start a build as usual.

Shared with me

Projects other people share with you now have their own tab on your home page: My projects · Templates · Shared with me (just Shared on a phone).

Each card shows the project, who shared it and your access (Can edit or Can view). Search works inside the tab too, and if nothing has been shared yet it says so.

Shared projects use the owner’s credits

When you edit a project someone shared with you, the AI work runs on the owner's credits — your own balance is never touched.

To make that clear, the credits button in the header now says "Using <owner>'s credits" on shared projects (on desktop and in the phone menu), and the buy-credits panel no longer pops up because of your own balance. If the owner runs out, you'll see "The owner of this shared project is out of credits. Ask them to add credits."; if you only have view access, you'll be told you can view but not edit.

Share a project with someone and work on it together:

  1. Open the project and click Share (on a phone: ⋯ → Share).
  2. Under Invite people, enter their email and choose Can edit or Can view.
  3. They get an invite link — they sign in with that email and the project opens.

People who can edit chat with the AI and change the site using your credits. People who can view can open it and look at the files. Only you can publish, restore versions or change sharing — and you can change someone's access or remove them any time from the same Share dialog. Shared projects show up in their Shared with me tab.

Bring your team into Grow:

  2. Enter a colleague's email, choose Member or Admin, and click Send invite.
  3. They open the invite, sign in with that email, and join your agency.

Members work on your agency's clients; Admins can also invite and remove people. Everyone's work uses your agency's plan and credits — no extra subscriptions. You can change roles, remove people, or cancel pending invites from the same card. Seats depend on your plan.
