What's new in your AI Concierge

Since we introduced the AI Concierge at the start of October, it has learned a lot more. It can now take you to any page, run your clients' records and invoices, read things for you, and keep your strategies in the right place — all by voice. Here is what's new, with things you can say.

Get around by voice

Ask for any page and it puts it on screen, from wherever you are — the builder or Grow.

• "Go to my projects." / "Open my usage." / "Take me home."
• "Open Wilson MOT." It opens that client's record in your Grow CRM.
• "Show me Akai's leads." / "Open their phone setup." / "Open their reviews." Any page in a client's workspace.
• "What does Akai see?" It opens the client's own portal, the page your client sees when they log in.
• "Open my subscription." / "Open the domain settings." It opens Settings on the right tab.
• "Scroll down to the pricing." It moves the page you're on to that part, without reloading it.
• "Where am I?" It tells you which page you're looking at.

Keep client records up to date

• "Change Starz Security's monthly price to £300." / "Update Wilson MOT's website." / "Set their status to active." It edits the client's details and saves them — the same boxes as the Edit client form.
• "Mark Dan Plumbing as called, and remind me to follow up on Friday." It updates a saved prospect's CRM stage, notes and follow-up date.

Invoices by voice

Grow now does invoicing (read more), and the concierge can do all of it:

• "Invoice Wilson MOT £400 for the website build and £30 for hosting." It raises a branded invoice with exactly those lines. "Invoice them from their proposal" uses the proposal's prices, and with no lines it bills the client's monthly fee.
• "Send it to them." Before anything goes out, it reads back who it's going to, the subject and the amount, and asks "Shall I send it?". Nothing is sent until you say yes.
• "Has Starz paid?" / "What invoices does Akai have?" / "Mark INV-0004 as paid."
• Voiding an invoice can't be undone, so it always asks first.

It reads for you

• "Read that article." After a web search it can open a page and read it properly — the title, author, date and the text — so you can discuss it.
• "Read what I wrote." It reads back text you've typed but not sent: the Build chat box, a form field, or the file open in the code editor.
• "Read me the strategy in Akai's knowledge base." It opens a document saved for a client and reads or summarises it.
• "Write that down." Links, addresses, phone numbers and lists appear as a message in its panel, so you can copy them instead of trying to remember them.

Strategies and Business Analysis

• "Save that as a marketing strategy for Akai." A strategy it wrote with you is saved into the business's Business Analysis, under Growth, Marketing, Business or Other.
• "Copy Dan Plumbing's business analysis to their client record." A report you ran while they were a prospect is linked into their client workspace, ready for their proposal. The original stays as it was.
• "Show the details on all my reports." It opens or closes the details on your saved reports, as if you'd clicked them.

Media

Motion Transfer and Video Swap work by voice too: "Put my character into this dance clip", "Swap the car in this video for a red Mini." More in Motion Transfer, Video Swap and video with sound.

Small things

• If you go quiet for 5 minutes, the concierge hangs up by itself, so a forgotten call doesn't keep running.
