Meet your AI Concierge

The AI Concierge is the voice in the corner of AICre8. Click the orb, talk to it like a colleague, and it does the work across the whole platform — the builder, the media studio and Grow — while you watch it happen on screen.

This guide covers what it could do at launch, with things you can say. For everything it has learned since — getting around by voice, client records, invoices and more — see What's new in your AI Concierge. You don't need exact wording; say it the way you would to a person.

Start building

The concierge can start a new website or app from a description, or help you shape the idea first.

• "Build me a one-page site for a bakery in Leeds with opening hours and a contact form."
• "Let's plan this first — I want a booking site for a dog groomer." It turns the conversation into a full brief for the builder, and starts the build when you're ready.
• "What's broken on my site?" It checks the current project for preview, build, publish and media errors and tells you what it found.
• "Show me my projects." / "Open the Starz Security site."

Images, video and adverts

• "Make a cinematic photo of a fresh loaf on a marble counter." It writes the prompt, renders the image or video and puts it in your media library.
• "Make it vertical and ten seconds long." It makes a new version with your changes — the original is kept.
• "Put the loaf image in the hero section." It adds the media to the project you have open.
• "Make a UGC advert for our spring offer." It writes the presenter's script, picks a creator and voice, and sets the advert up.
• "Find my coffee shop pictures." It searches what you've already made and opens the gallery.

Grow your business, and your clients'

• "Find plumbers in Bristol." A Google Maps search that saves contactable local businesses to your Prospects (each search costs 2 Grow Credits).
• "Who should I call next?" It reads your saved prospects and CRM stages, and can open the CRM on screen.
• "Run a business analysis on Dan Plumbing and Heating." A full, prospect-ready report (it uses Grow Credits), which it can then read back to you section by section.
• "Audit the SEO for Russell's Cleaning." A Rank Boost audit with the score and top issues.
• "Check their Google Business Profile." What's missing, plus the categories, description and photo ideas to fix it.
• "Write a blog for So We Move about emergency couriers." It writes the article and publishes it to the client's site blog.

Clients

• "Add a new client called Starz Security."
• "How far along is Russell's Cleaning?" What's done, what's outstanding and the next step.
• "Go read russells-cleaning.co.uk and learn it." It turns the client's website into the knowledge base their AI receptionist answers from, and you can add or correct facts by voice.
• "Put the receptionist on Russell's site." It installs the voice widget into the client's linked AICre8 site.
• "Invoice Starz for this month." A draft invoice from the fee already recorded — it never guesses an amount.

Proposals

• "Read me Dan Plumbing's proposal." The package and price, the website link, every included item and which are already live, the blogs promised, the attached Business Analysis and the cover letter.
• "Change the link to danplumbing.co.uk and make it £250 a month." It reads the changes back and saves them when you say yes. It can also add, remove or restore items, change the blogs promised, rewrite the opening paragraph or the cover letter, and attach a Business Analysis.
• "Download it." / "Email it to Dan." It builds the PDF from the latest version; for email it reads the address back before anything is sent.
• "Make a full proposal for a new prospect." It works through it step by step: add them as a client, set the website, run a Business Analysis if there isn't one, attach it, then download or send.

Phone agents

• "Connect 01865 679026 for Elevations Plumbing." It confirms the business and number with you, connects the number to that client's AI receptionist, and reads back the SIP address to paste into Zadarma's External server setting — then walks you through it one step at a time.
• "What's the SIP for Dan Plumbing and Heating?" It looks up the connected number and SIP address without changing anything.
• "How's my receptionist doing?" Recent calls and summaries.
• "Help me get my first Zadarma number." A step-by-step guide, one screen at a time.

Research

• "Search the web for what our competitors charge for boiler servicing." It searches, then summarises what it found and names the sources.

It won't look up private details about people, and it uses AICre8's own records — not the web — for anything about your clients, projects, credits or proposals.

Your account

• "How many credits do I have, and where did they go?" Build and Grow balances separately, and what they were last spent on.
• "What plan am I on?" It checks your actual plan before anything that depends on it.

How it stays safe

• It reads back before it connects, sends or saves. Connecting a phone number, emailing a proposal and saving proposal changes all get a read-back and wait for your yes. Paid searches and reports only run when you ask for one.
• It only reports what its tools return. If something fails it says so and offers the nearest alternative — it doesn't invent numbers, prices or results.
• It works inside your account. It sees the clients, projects and media your login can see, and nothing else.
