Motion Transfer, Video Swap and video with sound
Put your own character into any clip, swap one thing in a shot, and make 1080p video with synced sound — in the Media Studio or by voice.
Two new tools in the AICre8 Media Studio start from a video you already have. Motion Transfer puts your own character into a clip's moves. Video Swap changes one thing in a clip and keeps the rest of the shot. Alongside them, two new video models make 1080p video with synced sound for far fewer credits, and Nano Banana images now run on Nano Banana 2.1.
Motion Transfer
Take any clip of someone moving — a dance, a wave, a product demo, a walk to camera — and a photo of your character. Motion Transfer keeps the clip's moves, timing and camera, and your character performs them.
- Open Media and pick Motion Transfer.
- Upload your clip (MP4 or MOV, 3–30 seconds).
- Add a photo of your character, body clearly visible.
- Press Generate.
What makes a good clip: one person, with their upper body in view the whole time. A face-only close-up won't work — if the model can't use a clip, you get your credits back and a message saying what to change.
Video Swap
Video Swap keeps the shot and replaces one thing in it: a person, an outfit or a product.
- Open Media and pick Video Swap.
- Upload the clip (3–10 seconds, at least 720p).
- Say what changes in the prompt, for example "Replace the man's white coat with a black leather jacket. Keep everything else the same."
- Optionally add an image of what it becomes, such as your product or a specific outfit.
Everything you didn't mention — the person, the moves, the room, the light — stays as it was.
Ask the concierge
Both work by voice. Click the concierge orb and say what you want:
- "Make the chef from my library do the moves in the barber clip."
- "Swap his white coat for a black leather jacket."
- "Use the clip I just uploaded."
The concierge finds the clip and photo in your media library, or uses what you uploaded, and opens the Media Studio filled in with the price. Nothing is charged until you say go.
What it costs
The video is as long as your clip, so the clip sets the price. AICre8 reads the length from the file itself and shows the credits before you generate. For example, a 5-second clip is 6 credits for Motion Transfer and 7 for Video Swap.
Use footage you own or have permission to use.
New: video with sound
Two new models in the Media Studio make video and its sound together, so the audio matches what's on screen:
- Vidu Q4 — animates your start image at 1080p with synced sound. A 10-second clip is 10 credits.
- MiniMax H3 Max — 1080p video with sound from a prompt or a start image, up to 15 seconds. A 10-second clip is 15 credits.
Nano Banana 2.1
Nano Banana images now run on Google's Nano Banana 2.1: sharper text in pictures and steadier characters, still one credit per image. Nothing to change — pick Nano Banana as before.
