Data Protection Complaints

If you are unhappy with how AICre8 (operated by Investdex Software Ltd) has handled your personal data, please raise it with us before contacting the regulator — this gives us the chance to put things right. Email [email protected] with "Data protection complaint" in the subject line.

• What happened and when
• What you would like us to do to resolve it

We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it, keep you informed of progress, and tell you the outcome and the reasons for it. We handle every complaint through a documented internal process.

You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by calling their helpline on 0303 123 1113.
