How AICre8 uses artificial intelligence — and what that means for you
AICre8 uses artificial intelligence and large language models throughout the product: to build and edit websites, generate marketing and blog content, power chat and voice agents, transcribe and summarise calls, and produce Grow keyword suggestions and progress reports. AI features are delivered with the help of the providers listed on our Sub-processors page (including Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google and Higgsfield).
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or biased, and can occasionally invent facts. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before you rely on it, publish it, or send it to your customers. AICre8 does not guarantee the accuracy of AI output and it must not be treated as professional (legal, financial, medical or other) advice.
Text, files and media you submit to AI features are sent to the relevant AI providers to generate a response. Do not enter personal or confidential data you are not permitted to share, and do not use AICre8 to process special-category data (e.g. health data) unless you have a lawful basis to do so.
Grow can deploy AI chat and voice agents that interact with your customers on your behalf. For those interactions you are the data controller: you must have a lawful basis for the processing, inform individuals where required that they are dealing with an automated system, and ensure the agent's configuration and knowledge base are accurate.
Where AI voice agents record or transcribe telephone calls, callers must be informed at the start of the call that the call is handled by an automated assistant and may be recorded.
Keep a human in the loop for decisions that materially affect people. AICre8's automated features are tools to assist you, not a substitute for your own judgement.
