Client portals your clients keep on their phone
Everything about a client on one screen, tasks for your team, branded PDF reports, and a client portal that opens like an app, named after their business.
The second half of October was about the part of Grow your clients see, and the screen you use to look after them. Everything about a client is now on one page, reports go out as branded PDFs, and the client portal lives on their phone like an app.
Client overview: one screen per client
Open a client from Grow → Clients and everything is in one place: their AI team, a tile for each thing worth checking (services live, SEO health, business analysis, listings, reviews, AI search, monthly report, billing), and a feed of everything that happened in the last 90 days, from leads and calls to invoices and emails. Every tile and line opens the page it comes from.
Tasks and notes for your team
Grow → Tasks shows every client's to-dos in one list: Overdue, Today, This week, Later. Add a task in one line, tick it off, or filter to one client. You get a reminder email and phone alert on the morning a task is due. Each client also has dated notes. Tasks and notes are only for your team; clients never see them.
Reports as a branded PDF
Every progress report now downloads as a clean PDF with your logo: the month, up to four headline numbers, the work done, next month's plan and anything you need from the client. Press Copy client link to paste it into an email; it opens the client's portal on that report, where they can download it too.
Reports now include a business health check: the client's latest Business Analysis against the one before, area by area, plus what still holds the score back. On Business Analysis, Client PDF gives a version for the business itself, with your agency's name and no sales notes, while Internal PDF is the full one for your team.
The portal, on their phone
Clients can add their portal to their phone's home screen, and it opens as its own app with their business name and a plain icon. No AICre8 logo anywhere. They sign in with a code emailed to them, carrying your agency's name, and type it straight into the app.
Client accounts only ever see their own portal. Whatever page or old link they open, they land on their own leads and bookings, never the AICre8 dashboard.
Finding the right prospects
Tap any summary card on Prospects (Contactable, With websites, Website opportunities, Review opportunities) to show just those businesses, then narrow by opportunity, CRM stage, contact details, Google rating or map rank. Download CSV exports exactly what you're looking at.
